Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Items received exactly as shown on the website are not eligible for refund or replacement.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at care@sheetkart.com with images of the received product(s) and your order ID. We will guide you through the return process.
3. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. We will inform you of the refund amount, and if approved, it will be processed within 3 days. The credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 days. Note that any discounts applied using coupon or promo codes will be deducted from your refund amount.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at care@sheetkart.com, and we will prioritize resolving the issue.
